CPR, or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, is a way to help someone whose heart has stopped or who isn’t breathing. By pressing on their chest and giving breaths, you’re taking over for their heart and lungs  keeping blood and oxygen flowing. It’s a way of giving them a chance to survive until help arrives.
