This course is designed for anyone who is totally new to aquaculture sensor systems and wants to understand the basics of using technology to monitor water quality and crustacean health.
In aquaculture, environmental sensors play a crucial role in detecting and measuring important water quality parameters such as temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, ammonia, and salinity—which directly affect the health and survival of aquatic organisms like crabs.
At the end of this course, you will understand how these sensors work, why they matter, and where to apply them in a crab farming setup. The main sensors covered in this course are:
Temperature sensor
Dissolved Oxygen (DO) sensor
pH sensor
Ammonia sensor
Salinity sensor
This course consists of 5 modules, which are:
Module 1: Temperature Sensor
Module 2: Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Sensor
Module 3: pH Sensor
Module 4: Ammonia Sensor
Module 5: Salinity Sensor
Participants are required to complete each module before proceeding to the next. Make sure all tasks and quizzes in each module are completed to unlock the next level. This step-by-step approach ensures you build a strong foundation in smart aquaculture monitoring.

When each module is complete, the completion status bar (at the top of course) will change from blue to green. When all block on bar is green, means participant has complete the course.
If there is red bar, means you need to do that again.

---
Throughout all module, there have 14 questions in between notes to strengthen the participant's understanding. Those question is called "pop quiz". So, there will be 14 pop quiz throughout this course. But don't' worry, it is just a simple question
---
At the end of each module, there are a simple assessment. You need to gain marks as you can from those assessment. There also have final assessment at the end of this course.
