When an issue with a strata title arises, it typically relates to a delay in the issuance of the title deed. This often means the property owner has not yet been legally recognized as the owner of their individual unit. Without a strata title, the property owner holds only a Deed of Assignment, which transfers ownership rights from the developer but is not a formal, government-issued land title. This can create several problems. So.... feeling confused with strata title issues or Management Corporation (MC) affairs? The problem isn't you, but a lack of knowledge. Join our course to learn the ins and outs of the law, your rights, and your responsibilities as a strata owner in Malaysia.
