    • SUMMARY OF THE COURSE:

The "Creating a Landing Page Using Canva" module is designed to equip learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed to build an effective landing page. By the end of this course, participants will have a foundational understanding of graphic design principles and know how to structure essential elements like headlines, images, and call-to-actions (CTAs) to maximize user engagement. Learners will explore two main topics: the introduction to Canva’s functions and the basic elements of a landing page, followed by hands-on experience designing and publishing a landing page using Canva’s intuitive platform.

In the first subtopic, learners are introduced to Canva's basic tools and design features. They learn to identify and utilize key landing page components, such as CTAs, headlines, and images, and understand their role in enhancing user engagement. Through video tutorials, interactive e-notes, forums, and quizzes, learners deepen their understanding of each design element's importance and how it contributes to a visually appealing and functional landing page. The second subtopic dives into the design and customization of landing pages, encouraging students to apply their knowledge by using Canva templates, customizing content, and effectively positioning CTAs. Learners also explore publishing methods, with exercises focusing on URL customization and accessibility.

The practical exercises and assignments provide an interactive learning experience where students apply their skills through self-directed design tasks, CTA creation, and landing page publishing. Reflection activities encourage learners to evaluate their design choices, emphasizing the rationale behind visual and functional elements like font choice, color selection, and layout. By the end of the module, participants will be able to publish a fully customized landing page on Canva's free domain, understanding both its benefits and limitations for professional use.
