Power Up With AI is an introductory course designed to help students, young professionals, community entrepreneurs, and government officers understand and utilise Artificial Intelligence (AI) in practical, everyday situations.
This short and interactive programme introduces modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Whisk, Notebook LLM, Veo3, Gemini, Copilot and more — focusing on real tasks like learning, creative communication, content creation, productivity, and decision-making.
Participants will explore how AI works, how it can support their personal and professional needs, and how to use it responsibly and ethically.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
Explain the basic concepts and potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Identify and use various AI tools effectively for learning, communication, and productivity.
Create simple content such as posters, videos, documents, and summaries using AI tools.
Apply AI ethically, responsibly, and safely in different contexts including education, business, and public services.
Develop confidence in using AI to improve daily tasks and problem-solving.
Upon completion, participants will receive the following certificates:
Certificate of Completion – Power Up With AI (awarded upon completing all modules and tasks)
Participants must complete 4 mini-tasks:
Task 1: Create a simple summary using AI
Task 2: Generate a visual poster using AI tools
Task 3: Produce a short content/video using AI
Task 4: Reflective journal on ethical AI use
