What I see on that video the Lorry was an accident, maybe the driver rush to settle their job and didn't expect that will be happen. In my opinion, yes that kind of accident will be cover with insurance because if you a driver you should have your licensed right? and of course automatically you will be thinking to have an insurance to cover any situation that you expect will happen or maybe company that hire you to be a driver to delivery something will provide you an insurance to cover any damage that happen.
So what steps should be taken is:
- Make a police report
- Make sure inform insurance company
- Send the vehicle to panel workshop
- Submit a needed document
- Wait for the approval and repair
