From what I perceive, the Lorry swerve recklessly and almost cause a scene on the road. Thankfully no one else was Hurt. In my opinion, The Insurance wouldn't cover this kind of accident since it look like a case of microsleep on the road. The Lorry Driver should first contact the company he worked at and explain the situation and let the Company handle this Case.
