Herewith the steps you need to do when Event Occurred.
1. Take photos the scene of accident
2. Make police report especially for the big case (eg. Fire, Road accident, Theft etc)
3. Notify your Insurance company about the accident by make a phone call and follow by the notification letter.
4. Prepare all the documents required by your insurance company.
5. Do follow up of your claim till it is settled.
